Описание: JBTV welcomed K.Flay to play a set live at the JBTV Studios. Hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, K Flay holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Stanford University. It was during that time she started experimenting with rapping, drawing influences from Lauryn Hill, Missy Elliott, and Fiona Apple. In addition to rapping, K Flay’s musical talents extend to playing guitar and creating beats. Her debut full length album entitled “Life As A Dog” was released in June 2014, and took the No. 14 spot on the Billboard Rap Albums chart. Watch her perform "Wishing It Was You," a classic song about dealing with unrequited love by drinking whiskey.
