J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu protest....

Описание: view of the recent enforcement of The Jammu and Kashmir Tenancy Act, 2025, the J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu has resolved to lodge a protest expressing deep resentment against certain provisions of the Act, which are contrary to the welfare and interests of public in general and advocates in particular.

The Advocates shall abstain from work in all the courts, tribunals and forums and a protest shall be held at the District Court Complex, Jammu addressed by the Office Bearers of the J&K High Court Bar Association, Jammu.
