Hip Abductions
Why do it?
Strengthens the outer hip muscles that keep you steady while walking and standing.
How to:
• Stand tall beside a sturdy chair, feet hip-width apart
• Gently engage your core
• Lift one leg out to the side, squeezing your glutes (bum)
• Pause, then lower with control and repeat before changing legs
Tip: Move slowly and stay tall
