"Hot Chocolate Boy/Forming" by Hole. Rare live version of the song recorded on December 4, 1991 at a concert in Koln, Germany. The band closed their concert with this song. The song is a combination of verses from two other songs ("Hot Chocolate Boy" by Beat Happening and "Forming" by The Germs), played together as one piece. AWESOME screaming at the end of it. I transcribed the lyrics as closely as I can hear them; she sings a couple of lines differently than the version on "Ask For It" or the original songs themselves. Not sure if it's perfect, but it's close.
