Watch as I make a Garage Door Fishing Rod Holder with Magnets. A plastic rod holder for your garage door will set you back about $30, so I show you how to make one for just a few dollars worth of materials, and several hundred more dollars in tools. I use rare earth magnets, which will undoubtedly hold up the rods with ease, but can also be removed eventually without any grief. I currently own 3 fishing rods, but this rod holder will hold up to 8.
