Описание: American Seniors Are Owed Robocall Money — Most Never Claim It

📘 Get everything in one place — The American Seniors' Money & Benefits Playbook: includes important programs, application checklists, scam warnings, and helpful phone scripts for American seniors. 👉 https://waltersinclair.gumroad.com/l/...

If you received unwanted prerecorded or automated calls, you may qualify for money from a class-action settlement—even if you no longer have your old phone records. In some cases, the company’s own calling records are used to confirm whether a phone number was included.

In this video, I explain how the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, or TCPA, applies to unwanted robocalls, why some settlement claims require little or no supporting documentation, and how to distinguish a legitimate court-approved settlement from a scam.

I also discuss the Farmers Insurance robocall settlement referenced in the video, its stated July 24, 2026 filing deadline, and why people who were never Farmers Insurance customers could potentially qualify. Deadlines and settlement details can change, so always verify everything through the official court-authorized settlement administrator before submitting a claim.

I’m not an attorney, settlement administrator, or government employee. I review public court documents and consumer-protection information and translate them into plain English. Filing a claim does not guarantee eligibility or payment.

Payment amounts are not guaranteed and may be reduced depending on the number of valid claims. Verify the case, deadline, and administrator through official court records before submitting personal information.

Never pay an upfront fee to file a class-action settlement claim. A legitimate settlement administrator will not require payment to release compensation. Never provide your Social Security number, banking password, PIN, or verification code through an unsolicited call, email, or text message.
