Something strange is afoot
Spatial distortions have suddenly appeared throughout Lumiose City! These rifts seem to connect to an otherworldly dimension, but their true nature is unknown. At the same time, a mysterious young girl named Ansha arrives at Hotel Z, accompanied by the Mischief Pokémon, Hoopa.

It looks like Team MZ will have to borrow Hoopa’s powers to transform the distortions into larger portals and investigate the mysterious phenomenon!

New faces on the block:
Ansha
A talented donut chef whose donuts cause Hoopa’s power to awaken, allowing it to open portals into Hyperspace.
Korrina
The successor to a line of Mega Evolution gurus, who aims to be a skilled user of every Mega Evolution. Korrina joins you in tackling the mysteries of Hyperspace Lumiose.

Hyper strong Pokémon
On the other side of the portals, you’ll find yourself in an otherworldly, not-quite Lumiose City. Here, you’ll encounter hyper strong Pokémon exceeding Lv. 100 that cannot be found in the regular Lumiose City. Explore with care – even seasoned Trainers can be caught off guard!

Cook up a storm
To venture into this hyperspace version of the city, you’ll need Ansha and Hoopa’s help. Ansha can bake berries into donuts for Hoopa to eat – awakening the power of the Mischief Pokémon!

When you feed a donut to Hoopa, the donut can yield different effects while in hyperspace, such as powering up your Pokémon, depending on what Berries the donut was made with. In hyperspace, you’ll find particularly useful Hyperspace Berries, which yield better effects than regular Berries. These will be crucial for taking on tough Pokémon with high hyperspace levels.

Meet more Pokémon
In Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Mega Dimension, you'll encounter both new and familiar Pokémon – including newly discovered Mega Evolutions like Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y!

An ambitious new adventure set in Lumiose City awaits in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, coming to Nintendo Switch in late 2025. Explore the city, unravel its secrets and battle Pokémon like never before!

An urban redevelopment plan is underway in Lumiose City! The goal: to turn it into a place Pokémon and people can truly share. Shortly after arriving, you’ll choose from one of these partner Pokémon to accompany you on your journey – Chikorita, Tepig or Totodile.

Together, you can explore the streets of this vast city or visit Wild Zones – habitats where you’ll encounter wild Pokémon. To catch them, aim carefully and throw a Poké Ball or take them on with the help of the Pokémon on your team.

For the first time ever, Trainers and their Pokémon will move around and take action in real time during battles. Pokémon will unleash their moves when their Trainers command them to. In addition to type matchups, there will be new mechanics to consider, such as the precise timing for swapping out your Pokémon or using moves, the different lengths of time moves will take to launch, and how big an area the moves will impact.

In Lumiose City, Pokémon can go beyond Evolution by undergoing Mega Evolution! When a Trainer’s Key Stone resonates with the Mega Stone held by their Pokémon, the Pokémon will do more than just change shape and size – it will unlock a new level of power, which could turn the tide of battle!
