New Gelcoat over Old - Preparing the S&S34 hull to give it a long-lasting factory finish

Описание: Much sanding needed to remove the old paint coatings, toe-rails removed and old damage filled and faired as this hull is prepared for new Gelcoat to be applied over the original from 1971.

You may have seen some of this happening in the background of the Osmosis repair video series as the two jobs overlapped but I thought it made sense to keep them as separate video series. The gelcoat application and refinishing video will follow soon, the transformation is astonishing.
