Thank you for joining me on these ambient improvisations, meditations on ideas, music expeditions. This is the latest of my meditation series, vol.9.
My mind has mostly been on the journey towards my goals and dreams. And realising that it will be slow. It will take time, and I may not get to that goal/dream as quickly as I imagine. Instead of focusing on the results though, I must enjoy the process and movement towards those goals. Because most of the time in 'pursuing a goal' is in the groundwork, the work behind the scenes, all the things before any kind of results.
So learning to enjoy the process and the pursuit is what we need to do.
