This is the first upload of my channel, Shot on a Gopro Hero 3, it is really testing the waters of how I prefer to edit and shoot my videos, while i am waiting for a proper camera to arrive in the mail. I would really like to use youtube as a way to unwind and relax and i hope the videos reflect the process.
This is a very nice Victorinox Fibrox series boning knife that i have used to carve many steaks with and to prepare many briskets and pichannias for smoking and grilling.
