3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments—
Local Government Pension Scheme (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2014 (SSI 2014/23);
Non-Domestic Rate (Scotland) Order 2014 (SSI 2014/28);
Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) Regulations 2014 (SSI 2014/30).

4. Defective and Dangerous Buildings (Recovery of Expenses) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence received.

5. Draft Third National Planning Framework (NPF3) and Review of Scottish Planning Policy (SPP) (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report on the Draft Third National Planning Framework (NPF3) and Review of Scottish Planning Policy (SPP).
