This was a fun one 😂 Pork shoulder finished inside a pumpkin 🎃
I saw @kendrick_bbq make these last week and had to give it a try. I seasoned the pork with my AP rub, smoked it on the @biggreenegg and then finished it inside a pumpkin.
And it turned out really good! Nice and juicy, and super tender. Didn’t have much of a pumpkin flavor but it was delicious. Full recipe is on my site.
