Vice Presidential Election उपराष्ट्रपति पद के चुनाव कल होने वाले हैं जिसमें NDA उम्मीदवार सीपी राधाकृष्णन की जीत लगभग तय मानी जा रही है। पिछली बार जगदीप धनखड़ को 75% वोट मिले थे लेकिन इस बार क्रॉस वोटिंग के चलते राधाकृष्णन को कम वोट मिलने की संभावना है। YSR कांग्रेस ने समर्थन का ऐलान किया है वहीं BRS और BJD ने अभी तक अपना रुख स्पष्ट नहीं किया है।

The vice-presidential election today is drawing close attention following the sudden resignation of former vice president Jagdeep Dhankhar. The contest is between NDA nominee C P Radhakrishnan, a seasoned BJP leader and former governor of Maharashtra, and B Sudershan Reddy, a retired Supreme Court judge backed by the opposition INDIA bloc. While the NDA commands a numerical advantage with 425 MPs, the opposition camp, with 324 MPs, is leaving no stone unturned to make the contest competitive. Voting will occur between 10 AM and 5 PM in the new Parliament building, under a secret ballot system, with counting scheduled at 6 PM.
