For example, what is their experience, what is their expertise…? For many the difficult issue is that some experts advocate that at less than 3 hours from the onset of acute stroke no imaging is necessary other than a non-contrast CT to rule out hemorrhage. Some experts state that all patients should have the benefit of endovascular therapy if a large vessel occlusion is documented. But it raises the possibility that this may be a futile endeavor if there is no salvageable tissue. Can you comment on this? What if the patient presents between 3 to 6 hours or beyond 6 hours? "
