Green & Purple Dot Mandala - Tutorial - Step by Step

These videos are done to give you some inspiration to create your own personal designs or follow along with what colours and tools you have... it doesn't have to be exactly the same... make it your own...

Paints used in this video are once again a mix of odd paints that I already had from previous paintings... yes, once again using up my stash... that were blended with Pouring Medium at a ratio of 3 parts paint and 1 part pouring medium with a touch of water... (a lot didn't have names on...)

The board used here is a 17.5cm MDF round... The guidelines are drawn using a Derwent watercolour pencil... rings from the middle are 1cm apart using a compass and the lines are drawn using a protractor at 22.5 degree intervals... or, 16 segments... I pretty much make my designs up as I go along... I never have a plan!

The Ball Stylus Dotting tools I am using in the video are from the McGill Paper Blossoms Tool Kit and the dotting rods are from Happy Dotting Company...
