This video features Jonah and Eden, Austin-based bartenders representing their side of the city in the SpeedRailz Craft Clash competition. Coming from different roles and backgrounds but aligned in values, they built this cocktail with intention, inclusivity, and real-world menu execution in mind.

SpeedRailz is a bartender-led competition and community platform designed to spotlight craft, speed, and community impact. Each season combines live cocktail competitions with an extended community campaign where guests can visit participating venues, taste featured cocktails, and rate their experiences in real time using Disgo.

Jonah and Eden’s approach reflects how bartenders are building menus today. Experience-driven, thoughtful about wellness and inclusivity, and designed to work both as a cocktail and a mocktail. Their presentation highlights how modern bartending goes beyond recipes and into guest experience, storytelling, and accessibility.

As part of the SpeedRailz Community Campaign, this cocktail will be activated at their venue over the eight-week campaign window. Guests are encouraged to try the drink in person, support the bartenders, and leave ratings through Disgo to help shape weekly leaderboards and community recognition.
