This is a brief video showing how to change an ink pad on a MaxStamp Self Inking Rubber Stamp.
The Rubber Stamp used for this video was the MaxStamp SI-13 model but the principal is the same for all MaxStamps and some other brands also like Trodat, Colop, Shiny and Traxx.
The idea is to press the stamp down just enough so that the mechanism / rubber die part isn't touching the ink pad. You then push it through from one side with your thumb and then you can hold each end on the other side and pull it out.
Then to replace you do the same but in reverse.
