3x Deadly Strike/Advancing Yokeda/Briarheart jewelry
2x Deadly Strike/Advancing Yokeda/Briarheart Axe and Dagger (nirn or sharpened on main hand, sharpened on offhand, Double Ravage Health Poisons)
Master's Bow (infused with Weapon Damage enchant)

The front bar poisons are made using Nightshade, Fleshfly Larvae, and Violet Coprinus/Nirnroot.
