Phase 1: Discovery & Recovery – Dragging the rusted giant out of the desert junkyard.

Phase 2: Deep Stripping & Body Work – Stripping it down to the bare chassis and sandblasting decades of rust.

Phase 3: Mechanical Rebirth – Rebuilding the massive Cummins engine and refreshing the entire drivetrain.
Phase 4: The Iconic Yellow Paint – Applying multiple layers of Vibrant School Bus Yellow and fitting brand new chrome accessories.

Phase 5: Interior Design & Final Reveal – Custom leather seats, a modern driver's cabin, and the first roar of the engine.
