An artwork displayed inside a museum was accidentally thrown away because it looked like trash.
The piece, All The Good Times We Spent Together by French artist Alexandre Lavet, consisted of two beer cans entirely hand-painted with acrylics and placed directly on the floor as part of an exhibition.
Mistaken for garbage during routine maintenance, the artwork was discarded and only later recovered by curators.
The incident sparked a wider discussion about perception, value, and the fragile boundary between everyday objects and contemporary art.
