Spent $5 and made a homemade rock washer. I have a lot of large rocks that get dug up and are caked in potentially valuable paydirt. This bucket makes it easy to clean those rocks in seconds!
Cheap and easy... used a variety of drill bit sizes and washed the rocks in no time. Most people may not need this if you classify your material in the river, but if classification is not an option, this is a lot easier than hand washing the rocks. A classifier would work too if you wanted to fill your bucket full of water or hand pour water over the rocks.
This just makes it easier.
