Dribbling skills like the Weak hand pound and strong hand pound into the tween cross. We also have the speed dribbling drill up and down the court with both hands Also use the rapid dribble taps to elevate your ball handling skills.
These drills are not just for point guards. They are for all basketball players and positions. Center, guards and forwards.
The face up gauntlet drill allows players to get comfortable attacking the defense in transition with always turning your back. It emphasizes working with your left and right hand while maximizing foot work drills you need to become a dynamic basketball player.
Harrison Sports Academy is located on Long Island and is setting up new basketball training sessions for all ages.
Dribble drills, shooting drills, movement without the ball and learning team basketball concepts are key to what we do on the court. Learn how to play against a zone, man and any variation of defense around like a Box and 1 or triangle and 2.
