The SOFT LIFE for an Italian - The core of SLOW LIVING
It's time for going back to the SOFT LIFE era the Italians have been doing since always.
Living a soft, slower paced life, by incorporating mindful yet very simple routines. Realizing that is this the core of a soft life.
These are precious lessons I learnt growing up in Italy, more specifically in Puglia, by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. There's a huge interest in slowing down and enjoy a more slow paced life, attentive to the present moment and Italians have few lessons that can help us get to the core of slow living.
I find it very interesting how in this time and age, we need to talk about stress, anxiety, getting our priorities straight, we need to re learn to slow down and live life at the pace that it is meant to live.
It makes me wonder... can it be that all this abundance it is actually not a source of blessing anymore but the source of our stress?
