Belica has gotten nerfed a whole lot in pred, after being on top of the mid laner tier lists for a long time, she has finally been dropped almost to the bottom by most people. I still think she's decent, and she does what she's always done, but isnt as effective as some of the other options, But jump into predecessor and give her a try!
