I let down the people I love. What am I supposed to do?

This is such a personal video for me, so I won't say much about it. I'll just leave it here with a little 'story'.

The story is that Nick kidnaps Cheryl, but Dean finds her before Nick can actually rape her. But he assaulted her, and she's suicidal after that. Dean says "You can live with this" even tho Sam says some things to her like "it's her life" because he's so angry that she's even thinking of doing that to them. And Cheryl calls Dean before she's going to, he asks her to stop. She drowns despite Dean begging her not to. Dean blames the core four for not saving her in time but ultimately kills Nick in the end since he was the cause.
