Bodycam DUI Arrest - 20-Year-Old Woman with Fake ID Gets Arrested for DUI

She unfortunately pulls up her purse and shows her ID, which then promptly vanishes to the bottom of her purse to the surprise of the rookie. Seems our fledgling officer has some keen observation skills already, as he asked her if that was perhaps a fake ID

Turns out it was, she actually has no ID on her and also forgot her drivers licences. To be fair to both rookies here, of the DUI youngster and the Officer kind. This is how you handle a traffic stop from the drivers side of the door. So after failing the silly dance of sobriety, she's promptly arrested and taken down town for a breathalyzer test, which she also fails.

The three older fellows are also sent on their way to their hotel after the veteran training officer casually asked them if they know her, to wich they stuttered something along the lines of "nah" -Ragical Shorties

On November 11, 2022, Athens Police Officers stopped a Toyota Tacoma for not having its headlights on. The 20 year-old female driver claimed that she did not have her driver's license with her. The rookie officer pressed her about her ID and when she opened her wallet, he quickly sees her fake ID. She was asked to exit the vehicle the vehicle and perform standardized field sobriety exercises. She was eventually arrested for DUI and transported to the police station, where she submitted to an evidentiary breath test (EBT). The results were 0.137% BAC, which is more than 6 times the legal limit for someone under 21 years of age. The end of the video discusses the outcome of the charges.
