Описание: Area 29 Groomers, a Latah County operation with a groomer based in Elk River, Idaho maintains groomed trails near Elk River during the winter season. Access to critical communications infrastructure and winter sports recreation for Latah and Clearwater Counties is provided partially through State contributions and dedicated volunteer operators. Funded in part by revenue from snowmobile permit stickers, fundraisers and donations, the rising cost of fuel and associated maintenance often exceeds the available funds.
