Canning coffee on an Evolution Series™ WG4 canning machine by Wild Goose Filling. A liquid nitrogen (LN2) doser is shown integrated in line with the canning system, commonly used when packaging still (non-carbonated) beverages like cold brew coffee. In the absence of carbonation, nitro dosing helps to eliminate oxygen in the can headspace and create rigidity in the sealed can.
