While the seat was fantastic and the crew couldn’t have been friendlier — especially the incredible crew member who took care of me throughout — not everything lived up to the premium promise. The food, unfortunately, fell short: poorly presented, bland, and seemingly made with low-quality ingredients. Still, the overall experience left me feeling grateful. Qantas is finally back at JFK, and this flight reminded me just how special that is.
