Описание: The SEC had a committee meeting in July where they discussed changing the proposed finder fee rule to streamline the process and allow non-broker dealer "finders" to get paid transaction based compensation. It is not a rule yet, but there should be some progress on getting to a useful tool for raising capital in the near future.
