Описание: In this coaching video, Doc J discusses how the Sharks train the defensive drift system. During the drill you will notice that Doc J calls out colors of 3 cones. Once the tag / wrap/ tackle is made, the coach calls a color of a cone and the players have to run back to the color before heading to the next breakdown. This adds a serious fitness component to the drill.
