for Alu stuffing
3 medium size boiled potatoes
1 spoon oil
1 tsp jeera
1 medium size chopped onion
1 spoon crushed ginger & garlic
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup green peas
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
