• Every workout is oriented to improving strength/skill for each AFT event.
• 45-60min training sessions.
• 5x training days a week.
• VO2 MAX improvement.
• Hybrid fitness approach (endurance, strength, and speed).
• Running improvement sessions utilizing a run-calculation system for individualized pacing.
