This was commissioned for an upcoming release of a TVS Style Ivo Hugh model on TSI, I was asked specifically for it to be in a Series 4 style so I thought the best approach was a Skarloey Railway type of vibe so he'd fit in with the rest of the crew at least. One thing people have pointed out here is the usage of the oboe from 'TUGS', I can't lie it does have a very nice tone.
