Aye!!!! The beginning of the smoothie and food videos! Going be coming out with more smoothies with the weeks to come, but of course we had to go with the Greenwall style smoothie before anything else.
Recipe
50% of the smoothie is your green leaf (spinach/kale)
2 bananas
1 serving of Peanut-butter Powder
1 tablespoon Peanut-butter
1/2 cup of oatmeal (raw oats)
2-6oz of water
