Steirereck im Stadtpark in Vienna, Austria cooks char in hot, melted beeswax. The method gives the fish a delicate floral-pollen flavor. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to cook the char. The restaurant was named the ninth best restaurant in the world by Michelin in 2016.
