Howard, Panama is located 15 minutes from Panama City, Panama. Howard was a former U.S. Air Force base. It situated right next to Panama Pacifico where you can find several business, and small airport, a Riba Smith grocery store, a hardware/home goods store, restaurants, international schools and more.
