Hello, Foody!
This homemade bean sprouts salad is full of nutrition and flavor. It doesn’t take you too much effort to prepare that means every day you need just spend about five minutes, after 4 days, you will get your own delicious bean sprouts dish.

Ingredients:
-100 gr bean (green beans, black beans or soybeans)
-Clean water *Tools -A 1.5-liter plastic bottle (Water or 7up bottle)
-A cup -Sharp probe to poke holes
Directions
1. Wash the beans
2. Soak the beans for 20 minutes in lukewarm water
3. Water the beans everyday for 20 mins in morning and evening
4. After 4 days the beans are ready to harvest
5. Remove the roots and eat the steam and leaves if you like

Ingredients for Bean Sprouts Salad
Bean sprouts 1 cup
Oil to fry
Chopped garlic
Soya sauce 2 Tbsp
Brown Sugar 2 Tsp
Black pepper 1.4 Tsp
Directions
1. Boil the bean sprouts over high heat for 5 mins.
2. Brown some garlic.
3. Add Soya sauce and brown sugar and mix it. Add black pepper.
4. Finish the boiled sprouts with the garlic and sauce.
