🍽️ Rava Poha Uttapam Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup Rava (suji/semolina)
½ cup Poha (flattened rice)
½ cup Dahi (curd)
1 Onion (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
1 Green chili (finely chopped, optional)
2 tbsp Capsicum (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Carrot (optional, grated)
1 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
½ tsp Eno (fruit salt) / baking soda
Oil for cooking

Method:
1. Poha soak karein: Poha ko 5 min paani mein bhigo kar soft kar lo, phir halka press karke paani nikal do.
2. Batter banayein: Rava, soaked poha aur dahi ko ek bowl mein daal kar smooth paste bana lo. Zarurat ho to thoda paani daal kar medium thick batter bana lo. 15 min rest karein.
3. Veggies mix karein: Onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, chili aur dhaniya daal kar ache se mix karein.
4. Fluff up karein: Batter mein namak aur eno (ya baking soda) daal kar gently mix karein.
5. Uttapam banayein: Tawa garam karke thoda oil daal lo. Batter se chhota pancake jaisa uttapam daalo, halka press karke shape de do.
6. Dono side golden brown aur crispy hone tak sekh lo.
