In this video, we continue the “Lord of the Rings” Campaign in the Age of the Ring (AOTR) mod with Mission 3: Weathertop/Flight to the Ford.
This mission follows Frodo and the Hobbits as they flee the Nazgûl, leading to the iconic confrontation at the Ford of Bruinen. The AOTR campaign blends both the movies and the books, faithfully recreating cinematic moments while also including events and encounters from Tolkien’s original story.
Played in the Age of the Ring (AOTR) mod.
These campaign missions have been continuously updated over the years with bug fixes, visual improvements, new portraits, icons, and added content, making each playthrough more refined and immersive.
I am currently preparing for the upcoming Return of the King Campaign, which is planned to release this year.
