Self-confidence is a word thrown about but what it actually refers to is believing in your personal judgement and decision-making abilities. This can be compared to self-esteem which means an emotional evaluation of your self-worth. Building self-confidence is like running a marathon where it is not how fast you finish, but rather you just actually running the race. Remember, there is no award to be won on which alpha male is more confident than the other. You can work towards improving your confidence as an alpha male to improve your interpersonal relationships and dominance. Here are some tips to improve or build your confidence:

1. Focus on self-care
This is basically focusing on your general appearance. With confidence building, we work from the outside in. There is a boost of confidence when you are given compliments on how sharp you look.
