We head down to a local beach in search for a feed and the humble herring saved the day yet again.
The swell was up and the fish were hard to keep connected, managed a nice little feed for the kids and met some more keen local anglers.
Gear used- 9ft 6 Assassin affinity paired with a 5k spinning reel with pe-1.2 15lb Daiwa expedition braid a great combo.
Hoping to get out up the coast over the coming weeks.
