Wizz Air, the airline that in 2025 suffered aircraft shortages due to grounding of Airbus A320 Neo aircrafts arising from Prat and Whitney engine issues. The stock price too bore the brunt of this external factor. Of course this necessitated leasing of aircrafts to fill gaps in already trimmed schedule.
Join me as we fly on this wet leased A320 that originally started in service with Wizz Air in 2010 leased from AerCap and after stints in 2017 with other airlines found its way back to Wizz Air in 2024.
