The short answer is yes they can be and are saved, I left sources at the end of the video to prove it, because again, why would Paul preach the Gospel to people that could not be saved? Makes no sense. He further said "I will no longer preach to the Jews but to the Gentiles instead"

Acts 13:46
Then Paul and Barnabas answered them boldly: “We had to speak the word of God to you first. Since you reject it and do not consider yourselves worthy of eternal life, we now turn to the Gentiles

Notice how he separates the term Gentiles and Children of Israel as two distinct peoples/groups.

Who remembers Cornelius sending 3 people to bring peter to himself? Peter had a vision of the 3 sheets of unclean/common animals and he refused to eat them. Jesus said “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.” This was because 3 men who are Gentiles were coming to his house and Jesus made it clear that they were cleansed from God so do not reject them.

While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message. The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on Gentiles.

So it's case closed, yes they and everyone has salvation
