Proving Ring Type Load Cell

Описание: Load cells are mechanical instruments used for the measurement of weights of slowly moving objects.It is provided with a platform or mechanical support to attach the objects to be weighed.

Load cells are of two types:-
1. Coloumn type load cell
2. Proving ring type load cell

Proving ring type load cell comes in the shape of a circular ring of certain thickness and radius. It has two pairs of strain gauges placed on the inner and outer circumference to measure compressional and tensile strain.
