We use the Pampered Chef large muffin tin to bake 6 Sausage, Egg and Cheese Muffins. Perfect for meal prep or feeding a family. This muffin is better and cheaper than McDonalds Sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffins.
This recipe is fast and easy, with quick clean up.
Recipe
Set oven oven to 375
Brown Sausgae
Coat wells with melted butter
Scramble 6 eggs and 6 tablespoons of milk in a bowl.
Add egg mixture to wells
Spoon sausage in to wells
Add a pinch of cheddar cheese (Optional)
Bake for 10 minutes
Remove from pan and assemble muffins.
(let cook completely before wrapping and freezing)
