Bäregg Mountain Hut Hike near Grindelwald • Best Hikes Switzerland

Описание: This trail traverses the cliffs above the Grindelwald Glacier Canyon in the Jungfrau Region Switzerland. The hike leads to the Bäregg mountain hut, where you get a spectacular view of the Ischmeer glacier.

The trail is usually open from July to mid October. This video was filmed second week of July 2021.

Best for experienced hikers comfortable with heights as there are some exposed areas with steep drop offs. We used the Pfingstegg cable car to access the trail. If you want a longer (and free) hike, you can instead hike up directly from the valley.
