HATT8 acquires residential property at discount, improve it, then sell it, with the help of joint venture partners the business has completed 12 transactions to mid-2020, mostly fix and flips, expanding now in buy and hold properties.
Tim also finances the acquisition of distressed mortgages for re-negotiation and continues to work with real estate experts in Toronto and in the USA on various short and long term financing projects.
