The ELC bis is a French Tank Destroyer in War Thunder. Even though it's clearly a light tank and as such, for some reason... it doesn't get scouting! :)
The ELC bis looks like it has a fully traversable turret but it actually doesn't. It has roughly the same gun traverse as a StuG or an ASU-57 making it incredibly frustrating to use. On top of all of that, it has to have the worst gun handling out of any tank in the entire game! :)
The 90mm cannon fires a HEAT-FS with 320mm of penetration but the issue is the post penetrating damage does next to nothing meaning you need to hit lined up crew in order to get the one shot.
Overall, I rate this experience 0 Baguettes out of 10!
