It is very important to activate Glute muscles before lower body workouts inorder to get better results. I hope you will utilize some of these activation exercises in your routine. Also, please remember to warm up and hydrate before any physical activity.

glute activation workout
Jumping Jacks 40 sec
Glute bridge with abduction 15 reps
Donkey kick 15 reps (each leg)
Crab walk 2×20
wide squat 16 reps
Clamshell 20 reps (each side)
wall sit abduction 30 reps
